Breeding goals

An old breeder once told me ” a healthy dog is a beautiful dog” I totally agree! Our focus in breeding is on the longevity and well being of all our dogs. We take health very seriously and will rather have a healthy dog than a great Champion (not saying that one thing necessarily excludes the other, but there has been such examples in the past..)

We do all relevant testing of our stud dogs and especially regarding our French bulldogs take great precaution to improve their health and chose good partners for our bitches.

All our dogs live with us in the house, they sleep on the couch in the evening and all puppies are born in our living room.

We want our French bulldogs to be small, agile, healthy and not overweight, not to tall, and with good breathing and the ability to run and play for hours without problems.

Our Staffordshire bull terriers must be of the bully type, have excellent characters and also not be too tall.

The cocker spaniels here are primarily bred as family dogs, and less so as hunting dogs.
